Track Days
Ducati has a winning reputation
on the track be it World Superbike, US Superbike, Regional
Racers, or even the premier class of racing --- MotoGP. Track-days
aren't only for the racer-types, in-fact the lessons learned
during a track-school not only relate to the street but
expand your comfort-zone and bring up your confidence. From
beginners to seasoned-veterans education is FUN-damental and
the track is the only way to eliminate the negative
environmental elements (dirt in corners, inattentive
car-drivers, etc) and focus on the positives (cornering,
braking, starting, stopping, and of course speed).
Track -Days Track Days (Safety School) are a true "must
do" for every sport rider. You have the chance to learn
more about the physics of riding, and to experience something
totally new.
Imagine being able to ride through corners faster and more
confidently than you ever have, as you glance past a corner
worker who's there to let you know that all is clear ahead.
After your track session you cruise into the pits and consult
with your instructor who will help you fine tune your riding
throughout the day.

Track Days present an opportunity ride
fast safely. You can experience the thrill of riding on hot,
sticky, warmed up tires, and feel the meaning of traction.
You ride at your own speed, and you determine what is comfortable
for you. There is no inside passing allowed which eliminates
the need to worry about other riders pushing you around in
a turn. Everyone is required to ride in a respectful fashion.
This isn't a race, it's a safety school.
By the end of your first day you will almost assuredly have
enhanced your abilities and you will find yourself confidently
pushing through turns like you never have before. You will
be riding at a new level.
Track Days help you understand more of what your motorcycle
is capable of, and they allow you to return to the street
with knowledge that can make you a safer rider.
Track Days are held at NHIS in Loudon, and you are riding on
the actual racecourse.
Participating in Track Days exposes you to the unique motorcycle
racing culture, and who knows where that could lead.
Track Days are held from April through October.
What you need to participate:
Track Worthy bike
No leaks
Good Rubber
Good Brakes
Ability to pass a general safety inspection
Proof of Medical Insurance
Snell 95 approved helmet
Riding Suit- Leather Jacket & Pants
or Textile with pads
Gloves
Why go?
It is a fantastic adrenaline day! It is similar to a great
day of skiing or boarding. It will get you pumped up. You
can experience a sharper level of you favorite hobby, and
it will help your street riding.
