How long will it be before I get my stuff?
Most
of our items are available to ship immediately. However, due
to seasonal demand and availability, some orders are shipped
in 7 to 10 business days (which does not include
holidays or weekends), usually sooner, depending on the part
ordered and if it is in stock at Triumph’s or Ducati’s
warehouse or one of our other distributors warehouse.
Unfortunately, we sometimes do not have a particular product
in stock, and neither do our distributors. We may not receive
notification from our suppliers if an item is on backorder. If
you have not received a UPS Tracking Number within 10 business
days, please contact us at mail@greatbaymotorcycles.com, or
call 603-964-4450. If your desired item is discontinued or
backordered for more than 4 weeks, you will be contacted at
the earliest date with the options of continuing to wait for a
backordered product, substituting it for a similar item, or
canceling your order. We do not charge your credit card until
your order actually ships.
All
orders will be shipped when all products requested are
available. We will ship orders partially or incomplete only
upon request, but an additional freight charge will apply for
the partially shipped order.
Can you ship my stuff anywhere in the
whole wide world? Anywhere?
Sure! But…
We will
ship orders to any destination; however, not every order is
eligible. Due to higher rates and the policies of our carrier,
delivery to APO/FPO & PO Boxes, large and/or oversized items,
and International Orders may not be able to be shipped by our
usual methods. The prices for shipping quoted on the website
are for the continental United States ONLY. Alternative
methods of delivery for Alaska, Hawaii, and international
locations may be arranged. Please
contact us and we will help set up the most cost effective and
secure means of getting your items to you.
What if
I need this stuff RIGHT NOW!
All
orders can be shipped next day air or 2nd day provided that
the items you want are in stock. If an item is not in stock,
the expedited delivery will take place after the item is
received here at Great Bay. You do need to call and arrange
for these shipping methods, since they do differ in price
depending on the weight of the item, the size of the item and
to where it is being shipped.
What if
I don’t like the stuff or the stuff doesn’t fit or the stuff
is wrong?

We offer a 30-Day Return Period. We must
receive your return within 30 days of the date that it was
delivered to you. We will accept all returns with the
following conditions. We will not accept any item that has
been opened, installed, used or damaged. You must include all
of the original packing with your item and the packing must be
in original condition.
We usually will not accept returns for the following items:
• Returns for items that retail for less
than $10.00
• Electrical Parts
• Bearings
• Body Parts, Fenders, Frames, Fuel Tanks
• Books, Diagrams and Manuals (any printed materials)
• Gaskets
• Special Ordered or Custom Items
• Stickers
• Close Out Items
If you receive a part damaged in
shipping, or your package is lost, or you received the wrong
item, you must contact us within 14 days. We will charge a
minimum 15% restocking fee for all items that are returned if
it was not our error. No Credits or Refunds will be issued for
shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost of
returning a part to us – unless we made the mistake, we are
human too!
Ship your package back to us within the
30-day deadline. Your package will be inspected upon receipt
and if it is acceptable, a credit, less any restocking fees,
will be issued to you. All returns sent without prior
authorization will be returned to the customer, and no credit
or exchange will be offered.
Exchanges can be made for a different
color or size of the same item when available. All of the same
policies for returns apply to exchanges.
