Great Bay Motorcycles is a premiere Triumph & Ducati
dealership. We are dedicated to riding, and embrace the
concept of motorcycling as sport. We sell and service the
finest motorcycles made in England and Italy.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest possible
level of service. Our showroom is stocked with quality
products that we personally evaluate. We all ride and we ride
what we sell.
Great Bay Motorcycles understands that motorcycling is about
enthusiasm and passion. We are passionate about what we ride
and the gear that we use. We know that people choose to become
motorcyclists, and we fully encourage those who want to ride
to do so. We are dedicated to our sport and it is our goal to
help enhance the riding experience of our customers.
The dealership is located at 90 Lafayette Road
(Route 1) in North Hampton, NH. This is in the Seacoast region
of New Hampshire. We are only a few miles from the beach,
north of the famous Hampton Beach and just minutes south of
the very hip coastal town of Portsmouth. There is an expanding
cadre of local riders and the euro-rider look is not
unfamiliar in this area. The Harleys that populate Market
Square in Portsmouth now must share the parking spaces with an
avid and active crew of Triumph & Ducati enthusiasts. You can
be sure that the sportier euro-bikes don’t remain parked
nearly as long as the Harleys. These riders ride.

Great Bay Motorcycles was founded
with the goal of creating a well-stocked dealership that
would offer world-class service and a distinct environment
for English and European brand motorcycle enthusiasts.
Great Bay began as an exclusive Triumph dealership. We
knew that these motorcycles had the history, quality and
character that would best be served if presented in a shop
dedicated to these bikes and products. We rapidly
developed into one the top Triumph dealerships in the US,
and were proud to add Ducati motorcycles in the fall of
2002.
We have been honored to receive the Dealernews Top 100
award for two years in a row, and we have been awarded the
top seller of Triumph clothing and accessories in the US
for the past two years as well. We maintain the largest
inventory of Hinckley Triumph parts and accessories on
this side of the Atlantic Ocean. We have been recognized
by Triumph as the number one dealer in the Northeast, and
have received other awards from Triumph, including the
Northeastern Service Award for 2002.
A goal of the dealership was to create a
shop and showroom environment that would appeal to riders.
We have the shop setup so that people can take some time
to relax if they choose to. We have a customer counter
area with reading literature and a TV for viewing bike
videos. And, of course, the key component is having a
knowledgeable staff of composed of true enthusiasts.
Everyone who works at Great Bay Motorcycles owns a bike,
and rides it. We try to always have hot coffee, hot
chocolate, and a positive word available.
Each year Great Bay Motorcycles hosts
several open houses, a bike show, and various riding
events. We sponsor the Seacoast chapter of RAT (Riders
Association of Triumph), and host meetings, barbecues and
parties for the chapter.
Great Bay Motorcycles stocks and sells a wide variety of
unique products including carbon fibre from Tamburini and
ART, accessories from Road Racing, Rizoma, Skyking, ECF,
Kellerman, LSL, and Hooligan. We have a chrome wheel
exchange for the sport bikes and offer a variety
performance enhancements. Many of these products cannot be
seen or purchased at other dealerships in the US.
We carry a full line of top quality riding apparel, and
have the latest textile garments from Triumph, which are
unmatched in function and value. Triumph has introduced an
all-new line up of technical riding gear for 2004, and we
have it in stock. Triumph riderwear offers some of the
best quality and value in the industry, and we encourage
anyone considering a motorcycle outerwear purchase to come
see what Triumph has to offer. We are rapidly growing our
offering of Ducati riderwear products, and will continue
to develop this area as products become available.

Great Bay also distributes North Atlantic
Motorcycles, Ltd. Custom Classic Model Highway Peg Kits. These
are a super valuable addition to any classic model by offering
a comfortable alternative foot position and will help protect
your machine if you drop it. They fit on all 1996 or newer
Legend TT, Adventurer, Thunderbird, and Thunderbird Sport
model. They are also available for Bonnevilles and Bonneville
T100’s.
The showroom at Great Bay Motorcycles has been modified again
for 2003 and now has a dedicated Ducati display area as well
as every current model from Triumph on the showroom floor. If
you want to see and sit on a new model, you can do it in our
shop. We always have several new models setup for demo rides
and we encourage any rider with 5 years or more experience to
come in and ride one. Our demo fleet currently includes a
Triumph Thunderbird, Tiger, Daytona and Speed Four, and a
Ducati Monster 620 Dark with more bikes scheduled for later
this season. We have an ever-changing variety of used
motorcycles, and we will be updating our pages regularly so
visitors can check out our inventory on line.
Our service department has experienced factory trained
technicians. We are capable of any repair minor or major.
Great Bay’s staff knows what it takes to make a motorcycle run
right. We offer proven power and handling enhancements, and we
can individualize customer’s machines with products that we
know work, and look great.
Our experienced staff spends much of the winter modifying and
customizing machines. Our most popular modifications are
performance enhancements to carbureted triples from Triumph.
It is incredible how smooth and powerful the Hinckley 900c.c.
motors can be with relatively minor modifications made by
experienced and skilled hands. We can satisfy any customer
requirement, and stand behind our work fully.
We really enjoy the opportunity to work on and ride refined
cutting edge machines like Speed Triples, Daytonas, Monsters
and Superbikes, but the charm and beauty of vintage British
and European motorcycles is not lost on us. It is the goal of
Great Bay Motorcycles to respect and promote the traditions of
British and European motorcycles.
